EnWave Sells nutraREV Batch Unit; Delivers Continuous Technology To Commercial Testing Partner

December 13, 2007

Vancouver, BC - EnWave Corporation is pleased to announce that, after a successful test period, the Company has now sold an 8 kW batch nutraREV food dehydration unit to the Haida Gwaii Community Future Co-Operative on the Queen Charlotte Islands.

The Co-op, a group of local businesses and members of the general public, are planning to use the nutraREV dehydration technology to process local Queen Charlotte Island products to help build a community-based business that will stimulate local employment. The Co-op is currently using nutraREV to produce dried wild chanterelle mushrooms.

This marks the fifth batch nutraREV machine that EnWave has sold for testing or batch dehydration of fruits and vegetables.

nutraREV uses proprietary Radiant Energy Vacuum (REV) technology developed at the University of British Columbia to dehydrate fruits and vegetables. The technology offers significant potential commercial benefits including more efficient processing, better quality food and higher nutritional content than current processing techniques such as freeze-drying and air-drying.

EnWave has also delivered its new continuous nutraREV food dehydration technology capable of large-scale production to a commercial partner in the food processing industry in Richmond, B.C. The Company will begin a testing program to determine the commercial viability of this technology with a target production rate of 100 kilograms of dried berries per hour. EnWave hopes to receive the results from this testing program by Q2, 2008. If the testing is successful, EnWave will start approaching potential strategic partners to assist with the commercialization and marketing of this equipment in the global food processing industry.

"We believe that 2008 will be a pivotal year for EnWave enabling the Company to validate the commercial potential of its radiant energy vacuum technology," said Dr. Tim Durance, Chairman and Co-CEO of EnWave. "The incorporation of continuous nutraREV technology into a commercial-scale production line marks a major milestone for EnWave which will provide us with crucial information needed to market this technology in the food industry."
