Memphis, TN – Flavorite Laboratories, Inc. is pleased to announce that Carlos Madero has joined the Flavorite team as Technical Manager, International and Alliances. In this role, Madero will assume primary responsibility for Research and Development support to international sales and for the coordination of technical activities with alliance partners.

Prior to joining Flavorite, Madero was Manager of Technical Services for Carolina Turkey and had experience at Tyson Foods and Quick to Fix. Madero has a B.S. degree in Biochemical Engineering from Instituto Technologico de Monterrey, an M.S. in Food Technology from Oregon State University and a Ph.D in Food Science from Texas A&M.

Flavorite is an international leading producer of custom formulated seasoning blends, sauces and gravy products for the foodservice, industrial and retail snack food markets.
