Flavorite recently opened its new Culinary Center in July, 1999. The Culinary Center features state of the art equipment, a 2,000 square foot kitchen and a 1,500 square foot conference room with innovative audio visual presentation equipment. The Culinary Center provides advanced focus group and food testing capabilities.

The Culinary Center equipment includes deep fryers, char-grills, impingement ovens and a convection steamer all within stainless steel surroundings. The Culinary Center is designed so equipment can be removed quickly and customers' unique equipment can be brought in to better simulate their operation.
