The first and most obvious benefit is the reduction of inventory items, one blend may replace as many as three different gums. Next is ease of use, by incorporating a single gum system into the formula, the user has less ingredients to handle and therefore reduces the possibility of weighing and mixing errors.

Both quality and consistency are improved by the use of the blends, they can better control the final viscosity and in general yield higher quality, reproducible products. Improvements are accomplished through our selection and use of only the highest quality ingredients, stringent process controls, and the ability to maximize the functionally of the blend, something that cannot be guaranteed by using commodity gums.
