The Flavorite Culinary Center's kitchen spans 2,000 square feet of efficient working and storage space. The kitchen incorporates a full array of equipment including deep fryers, char grills, impingement ovens and a convection steamer. In addition, the kitchen's flexible, modular design allows the easy movement of equipment to accurately simulate the layout of a specific operation. Yet, as comprehensive as the design is, we're most proud of what we consider the Culinary Center's most essential feature: a proven track record.
