Noodles are made two ways- extruded and traditional sheet-rolled
Noodles are made two ways- extruded and traditional sheet-rolled. Die adjustments give extruded noodles more curl and body. Rolled or "sheeted" noodles are flatter, with greater thickness range for more control over cooking time. All noodle lengths are also adjustable within a range of ½"- 4" long.
