Traditional long pastas are still the most popular varieties. Ranging from the most delicate (angel hair) to the heartiest (tagliatelle), these pastas come in standard lengths of 20", 10", and 5". Single serve entrees and side dishes call for even shorter lengths. So Zerega has developed a line of custom-cut versions from ½" to 3".
