In our Culinary Center, a state of the art product research and presentation facility, our experienced R& D staff of food scientists, technicians and an executive chef can quickly provide the innovative product ideas you desire.
Furthermore, in our lab and test kitchen, quality assurance experts ensure that your products meet the highest standards. Our professional staff provides extensive microbiological analysis, nutritional support, and up-to-date information on regulatory labeling requirements. This quality is backed up with a HACCP program and ISO 9001 certification. All of this takes place in our facility just south of Memphis, Tennessee, which includes state-of-the-art blending and grinding equipment, environmentally controlled storage rooms and a wide range of packaging capabilities.
