ABC Research can assist in third party audits of your suppliers and co-packers. Our HACCP plan audit provides good external verification of an effective plan. This audit will review the initial HACCP plan development utilizing the seven principals and proceeds into an intense record review to ascertain the facilities ability to develop accurate documentation. A checklist is used to document that all necessary components are present in the plan. It is signed and dated by our HACCP authority. Most food processing plants maintain a rigorous program of routine analysis that reflects a commitment to quality assurance. But all companies sometimes encounter unexpected problems must be solved quickly, but their unpredictability makes it difficult to justify maintaining a mostly-unused arsenal of expensive equipment and expertise to solve them.
