AMC chemicals is a subsidiary of the Amalgamated Metal Corporation in London, England with annual sales of U.S. #3 billion. The AMC Group is, in turn, a wholly owned subsidiary of Preussag of West Germany whose annual sales are in the area of U.S. $16 billion.
