Fill Height Monitor & Lid Scan Software

Care Control's new X-ray based fill height monitor and updated software enhance its Canalyzer leak and dud-detection devices.

The fill height monitor is offered as a stand alone unit or as an option for the Canalyzer dud detection system. Not using radioactive source material, the unit reduces maintenance costs and hazards. With its simplified "no-encoder" reject system, line speeds of 2000 CPM are accommodated.

In addition, new Canalyzer software has been issued for all new SLC versions. The primary feature of the software update is its LIDSCAN feature, which enhances the Canalyzer's ability to detect non-leaking defects such as buckles and improperly assembled cans.
