Preventive Controls Qualified Individual Course For Human Food To Meet FDA Requirements

FSMA Requirements 
The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Preventive Controls for Human Food became final September 2016, requiring food facilities to establish and implement a written food safety plan, preventive controls, hazard analysis, a recall plan, and more. This plan must be prepared and maintained by a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI).
