American Casein Company Offers Micellar Casein

BURLINGTON, NJ - American Casein Company (AMCO) announced the addition of micellar casein to their product line.

Clifford E. Lang, Jr., General Sales Manager, advised that "Micellar casein is a high-quality milk protein that is undenatured, as compared to acid casein, rennet casein, or caseinates." According to Lang, "Micellar casein is being used in the manufacture of nutraceutical beverages, particularly sports nutrition, since it is known to produce a high content of bioactive milk peptides."
