Amish Naturals Gains Triangle K Kosher Certification For Entire Line Of Premium Organic Pastas

Holmesville, OH - Amish Naturals, Inc. announced recently that its line of premium, organic, Amish-produced pastas has been awarded Triangle K PARVE kosher certification. The designation and associated "K inside a triangle" symbol are widely recognized and accepted by Jewish consumers worldwide, according to the company.

Products certified Triangle K meet all of the strictest standards pertaining to the laws of kosher food production and consumption. It serves as a seal of approval for both Jewish and growing numbers of non-Jewish consumers alike. Numerous category-food brands carry the symbol. The certification follows a visit to the Amish Naturals plant by Rabbi Aryeh L. Ralbag of New York-based kosher sanctioning body, Triangle K and Associates.

"Gaining Triangle K kosher certification is an important step forward for our company and our introductory line of pastas," said Don Alarie, Vice President Sales & Marketing, Amish Naturals. "It provides opportunities for our business here in the U.S. and abroad, and satisfies the needs of the growing numbers of discerning consumers who seek kosher products."

Each of Amish Naturals' five initial fettuccines will carry the certification: Plain, Tomato Basil, Garlic Parsley, Whole Wheat, and Fiber-Rich. Each has been certified organic by the USDA. Product availability is slated for early 2007.
