The confectionery compounds are a line of 13 value-added convenience products used for panned confections and mogul gums. They are designed to save customers processing time, enhance appearance, quality and shelflife of products and include:
1. *Quick-Coat Standard & Quick-Coat Sugarfree —a gumming agent for pretreatment of all types of centers;
2. *Quick-Acid—an acidulant for pretreatment of centers in the production of panned confections;
3. *Quick-Polish Liquid—a polishing agent for all types of chocolate dragee;
4. *Quick-Glanz-C—a spray-atomized Carnauba wax for polishing hard sugar-coated panned confections; and more.
