A special area of more than 4,800 metric squares is dedicated to the conservation of hazelnut kernels in our Celaliye warehouse, where humidity and temperature are constantly maintained at optimum levels allowing storage periods of more than 12 months without any loss of freshness.
With a staff of 350, state- of- the- art equipment and closed area of over 21,400 metric squares, BALSU's factories have an annual roasting capacity of over 50,000 MT.
