Beverage Bases: Soycrème and Yogrème, Acidified and Non-Acidified, and Cloudifiers
Soycrème is a proprietary, aseptically processed, acidified and non-acidified soy protein and isolate concentrated liquid base developed for beverages as well as other food applications. Given the recent health benefits of a high soy protein diet, these products are ideal for beverage and food manufacturers looking for a functional, soy-based ingredient in their products that has none of the traditional soy "beany" taste defects when formulated into finished products. Soycrème bases contain between 1 gram and 3 grams of soy protein per 8oz finished drink.
The products offer unique emulsion stability in any acidified or non-acidified beverage due to their proprietary processing technology. The products are very stable and will not precipitate any soy proteins when added to acidified or non-acidified beverage concentrates including juice based or coffee and chocolate based products. At lower usage levels, Soycrème will act as a beverage cloudifier.
