Yogrème is an aseptically processed, cultured, acidified yogurt beverage base designed for RTD or Food Service applications. The product is ideal for making smoothies or liquid yogurt beverage systems. Due to its proprietary processing technology, the products are very stable and will not precipitate any milk proteins when added to acidified juices or beverage flavor concentrates. At a lower usage level, Yogrème will act as a beverage cloudifier.

Soycrème is a proprietary, aseptically processed, acidified and non-acidified soy protein and isolate concentrated liquid base developed for beverages as well as other food applications. Given the recent health benefits of a high soy protein diet, these products are ideal for beverage and food manufacturers looking for a functional, soy-based ingredient in their products that has none of the traditional soy "beany" taste defects when formulated into finished products. Soycrème bases contain between 1 gram and 3 grams of soy protein per 8oz finished drink.

The products offer unique emulsion stability in any acidified or non-acidified beverage due to their proprietary processing technology. The products are very stable and will not precipitate any soy proteins when added to acidified or non-acidified beverage concentrates including juice based or coffee and chocolate based products. At lower usage levels, Soycrème will act as a beverage cloudifier.
