Bland Starch
Designed for food products such as beverages, sauces and syrups, this starch enhances mouthfeel and increases viscosity. It provides lubricity and improved coating of the palate. When used at high levels this specialty starch results in a smooth and flowable texture with a slight degree of cohesiveness.
In beverage applications, the starch suspends fruit pulp in juice-containing drinks. As a mouthfeel ehancement agent, the starch serves well for drinks such as coffee, tea or chocolate made from a mix or made fresh. Both the bland taste and clarity make this product suitable for beverage applications.
