Buca di Beppo Unveils New Fall Menu

Minneapolis, MN - Buca di Beppo added four new, delicious Italian dishes. New dishes include:

  • Chicken Cannelloni, stuffed with custom blended chicken sausage, provolone and ricotta cheeses and fresh sage, all smothered with Romano and marinara sauces and baked to perfection.
  • Apple Gorgonzola Salad, a heaping plate of fresh romaine, crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, walnuts and dried cranberries, topped with Granny Smith apple slices and tossed in our Italian vinaigrette.
  • Gnocchi Al Telefono, hearty and delicious traditional potato dumplings in a light marinara sauce, topped with fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh basil.
  • Apple Crostata, warm apples baked inside flaky pastry, prepared with a crunchy almond topping, served with vanilla ice cream and a delicious warm caramel sauce.

"Our guests' discerning palates will love our new flavor profiles," said Carron Harris, VP of food and beverage for Buca di Beppo. "The new dishes are a perfect combination of our fresh, flavorful ingredients and traditional sauces, pasta and salad bases. From salad to dessert, we are expanding the menu's appeal for guests looking for new options this fall."
