This range of cellulose gum can be used as an additive which is approved for use in a wide range of processed food formulations.

Applications include dairy products, ice cream, bakery products, beverages (dry mixes and liquid preparations), frozen desserts, fried foods, dressings, condiments, soups, sauces, instant/quick cook cereals, syrups and toppings, confectionery, instant noodles and diet foods.

In all of these food formulations cellulose gum significantly enhances quality by acting as a thickener and stabilizer and by controlling crystallization, moisture retention and fat uptake.

The grades are available in standard packaging (25kg bags), palletized and shrink-wrapped in units of 30 bags (net 750 kg). The bags are 5-ply, including four of paper and an inner bag of polyethylene. To facilitate recognition in a warehouse, the bags are color-coded with a green line on the front as well as the side panels. Each bag is labeled with product type, net weight and lot number.
