The taste of traditional Himalayan chai is now available for new product formulations. Traditional Chai has a sweet, creamy vanilla-based flavor profile with notes of honey, pimento berry, clove, cinnamon and ginger. Chai Spice is a more robust version with stronger spice flavor notes. Chai Tea Spice is formulated specifically for use directly on dried tea leaves.
The manufacturer formulated the line for both hot and cold beverages. Another idea is to use the flavors in soy-based beverages to create a chai latte beverage. The three flavors are available in both natural and N&A compositions in liquid, powder and spraydried form.
