Chianti Cheese Company is an Italian Specialty Cheese Manufacturer. We specialize in grating and shredding Parmesan and Romano (Domestic or Imported). Custom formulations are also available. Chianti is capable of shredding, dehydrating, grating and packaging its products for the following segments:

We manufacture our own products from our state of the art plants. Continuous upgrading of our plant facilities and equipment allows Chianti Cheese Company to produce and package under any size requirements demanded in the industry and the marketplace. This consistent high level of Quality is possible through our Continuing Quality Program. Our Lab performs continuous microbiological and chemical testing on all products. The laboratory staff is highly trained. They are active members of Strathmore's Who's Who, Institute of Food Technologists and International Association of Milk, Food and Environmental Sanitarians, etc.
