Chr. Hansen Will Hold Cultured Dairy Products Training Seminar in Denver

Milwaukee, WI – Chr. Hansen, Inc., North American headquarters in Milwaukee, will be hosting a Cultured Dairy Products Training Seminar in February. This one-day seminar will include information on the usage of bacterial starters, bacteriophage control, and general information on the manufacturing of cottage cheese, yogurt, buttermilk, sour cream and cream cheese.

The training is focused toward everyone in the cultured dairy industry, specifically Quality Control, Research, and Production personnel. Chr. Hansen's technical service team will lead the seminar session. The seminar is free of charge, and lunch is provided.

The seminar is scheduled for February 11, 2003 in Denver, Colorado.
