Now Comax bring these exotic flavors to you. Traditional Chai is a sweet, creamy vanilla based taste with notes of honey, pimento berry, clove, cinnamon and ginger. Chai Spice is a more robust version with stronger spice flavor notes to create an intriguing yet comforting taste. Chai Tea Spice is formulated specifically for use directly on dried tea leaves.

This line is formulated for use in both hot and cold beverages and is available in liquid, powder and spray dried formulations. Another ideal application is soy-based beverages where the flavor is used to create a Chai Latte beverage. With a strong, full-bodied flavor base, the new flavor line holds up well in hot products where it does not degrade; and in cold products where lower temperatures do not lessen its intensity. Available in natural and N&A compositions.
