CP Kelco Wins Gold For GENU LM Pectins
Paris - Food ingredients Europe recognized CP Kelco's GENU LM pectin types as the Gold winner in its "Most Innovative Food Ingredient Awards" competition. The award, presented at the Fi Europe show in Paris, recognizes the industry's most inventive ingredients, leading-edge technology, and prized research.

Contrary to traditional pectin types, CP Kelco's new generation GENU LM pectin types form gels at very low soluble solids levels, providing opportunities for producers to develop healthy and innovative dessert jellies and fruit spreads with excellent sensoric properties. In addition, the new GENU LM pectin types are cost competitive and easy to use with conventional production equipment.
