Toddy works with selected companies developing and producing custom coffee, tea and nutriceutical concentrates to their specifications. Typically a company will approach Toddy with an idea and/or a set of specifications and the two will work together to create the product . Toddy has the ability to vary product strength, flavor, sweetness (and sweeteners) and viscosity. The company can brew different roasts and varieties of coffee, various varieties of tea, herbal teas, as well as organic coffees and teas.

Packaging is often a key issue, and Toddy offers a wide range of packaging options, too. Concentrate can be packaged in everything from one ounce foil sleeves to 55 gallon drums. Other options include glass bottles for retail sale, plastic quarts and bag-in-the-box containers.

Concentrates appeal to food service professionals that appreciate convenience and consistency in a high quality beverage. These include restaurant and ice cream chains, smoothie bars, theaters, amusement parks and institutions such as schools, stadiums and convention centers.

Toddy concentrates are used by dairies as a flavoring for both milk and ice cream. Roasters and coffee houses use Toddy concentrate for both in-store consumption and retail sale. Specialty distributors, such as OCS operators and bottled water distributors with a desire for an in-house product also work with Toddy.
