Bits-O-Flavor are unique high-density bits that impart the flavor, texture and appearance of fruits and sweet ingredients to a wide variety of processed food products. High-density particulates supply superior performance in certain processing systems and applications, adding the desired flavor and eye appeal to the finished product.

AnaCon's considerable experience and technical expertise in formulating and manufacturing Bits-O-Flavor ensure precision development of the exact particulate to achieve the customer's specified performance objectives. Texture, flavor, color and size are custom designed to meet all specifications in the finished product application. A variety of flavors, including blueberry, apple cinnamon, strawberry, chocolate, cherry and raspberry are available and custom flavors are used extensively. Colors can be FD&C or natural. Special ingredients, such as real fruit, can be included to create a unique particulate for each application.
