Dean Completes Alta-Dena Acquisition

Dean Foods Company (Franklin Park, IL) has completed its acquisition of Alta-Dena Certified Dairy in City of Industry, CA. Alta-Dena processes fluid milk, ice cream and other dairy products with distribution throughout Southern California. Annual sales are approximately $200 million.
