First District Association produces Natural White and Cheddar Cheese and Monterey Jack Cheese in both 40-pound blocks and 500-pound barrels. These natural cheeses are used primarily for sauce, powder, processed cheese, and loaf or slice applications. We will meet all customers individual specifications.
Currently we produce the following types of cheese:
- Cheese for process
- Monterey Jack and Colored for Shredding
- Sauce cheese
- Long hold cold pak
- Cheese for the drying industry
- Skim and reduced fat
First District is a USDA approved plant for European Shipments
Cheese can be bought on fixed pricing based on the Class III milk futures.
