Flavor & Fragrance Specialties announces Acquisition

We are pleased to announce the association of Derived Aromatics & J.E. Toll with Flavor & Fragrance Specialties, Inc. Founded in 1984 by Joseph Jacobs, Derived Aromatics & J.E. Toll produces flavors and fragrances for many industries. All research and development work will now be done by Flavor & Fragrance Specialties in Mahwah, NJ. All manufacturing will be transferred to the Flavor & Fragrance plant in Baltimore. Mr. Michael C. Bloom will become the president of the Derived Aromatics/J.E. Toll division of Flavor & Fragrance Specialties. Mr. Jacobs will assist F.F.S. in an advisory capacity. A major factor in several areas of the flavor & fragrance industry, F.F.S. is noted for such proprietary specialties such as E.O.C.- Environmental Odor Control Fragrance Systems, High Impact Flavors and both neutral and Cool-It enhancers.
