Charkit Chemical Corp.dehyde and Benzyl Acetate are used as flavoring agents and odorants in the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Benzaldehyde, in addition, has many other uses, including chemical intermediate and solvent. Benzyl Acetate, which is used in the manufacture of artificial jasmine and other perfumes, is also a solvent.
Both products are FDA- and FEMA GRAS-approved.
