Food Safety Software

The doHACCP line of food safety software for processors now includes French and European Spanish translations. These languages are added to the software's existing capabilities in English and Latin American Spanish. A separate Japanese version of the software is also available.

DoHACCP is used by food processors to create and maintain their HACCP plans. It leads users through HACCP protocols as they learn the fundamentals of HACCP, design their flow of materials, and diagram and create the HACCP plan. This software is based on currently endorsed HACCP protocols from the National Advisory Committee Microbiological Criteria for Foods, and emerging worldwide HACCP standards.

The software simplifies the HACCP process as it:
