GO-RACHELS.COM Announces Entering Into an Agreement With AMWAY Canada

BLOOMINGTON, MINN. (Feb. 26) BUSINESS WIRE -Feb. 26, 1999--GO-RACHELS.COM (BB:RACH) announces that AMWAY Canada will be offering seven of their Rachel's Potato Chip flavors representing potential sales of $1,000,000 in 1999-2000.

AMWAY Canada is one of the largest direct sellers of consumer goods in Canada, with over $1,000,000,000 in sales in 1998 alone.

According to James M. Garlie, Chairman, President and CEO of GO-RACHELS.COM, "This represents a tremendous increase in exposure and sales for our Rachel's Potato Chips brand in Canada, especially with the launch of AMWAY's worldwide web site in September, 1999.
