The FlavOleum range of distinctive green extracts of fresh spices and herbs are manufactured by a proprietary process to selectively extract the delicate green notes and distinctive fresh flavor of green spices and herbs.

They are made from carefully picked fresh grades of raw material. A proprietary extraction process ensures that the complete flavor profile of the original spice or herb is fully retained.

These extracts are heat stable up to 70ÂșC and have a shelf-life of 12 months under standard storage conditions. The standard range of extracts is based upon vegetable oils systems. These can be further modified to meet individual tasted and applications for oil-soluble or water-dispersible forms.
