Serving Sizes and Recommended Servings per day:
Guarana 10% Water Soluble Powered Extract: 200 mg, 1 - 10 times per day providing 20 - 200 mg of Caffeine Daily (entirely from the seed).
Guarana 5.5% Liquid Extract: 200 mg, 1 - 10 times per day, of the 5.5% product providing 11 - 110 mg of Caffeine daily.
Note: Do not use more than 200 mg of Caffeine per individual serving in any food or beverage application.
