InstantGum gum acacia is said to be dissolved at least five times faster than spray dried gum. It is dust free, with less than 15% of the particles measuring less than 75 microns. Because of its flow rates, the gum acacia can be precisely weighed and easily conveyed with pneumatic or spiral transport systems. In addition, one spoonful delivers 2 g of fiber.
