The following variegates have been developed with higher brix and increased viscosity. These changes will increase the stability of the products for shipping at ambient temperatures, improve stability in ice cream applications and allow for some use in bakery applications. All have natural flavors with the exception of the marshmallow wave, which is artificially flavored. All contain artificial colors where applicable.
Packaging size: 50 pound pail. Minimum order: 1 x 50 pound pail.
Product should be kept refrigerated upon arrival.
