ISC Superwhite Spray Dried Gum Acacia H-380 and H-400 are made from the exudate of the Acacia tree (Acacia Seyal). These products combine the advantages of the H-550 and H-600 grades of spray dried Acacia with low powder and solution color and no contribution to to odor and taste.
ISC Superwhite Spray Dried Gum Acacia H-380 and H-400 are made from the exudate of the Acacia tree (Acacia Seyal). These products combine the advantages of the H-550 and H-600 grades of spray dried Acacia with low powder and solution color and no contribution to odor and taste. Like ISC's other products, they are all natural and non-genetically modified. Superwhite Spray Dried Gum Acacia H-380 and H-400 are used as a source of soluble fiber, to improve mouth feel, as a coating, or as a thickener where color, odor, and taste are critical. In general, they offer an economical alternative to ISC Premium Spray Dried Gum Arabic, since they provide all the advantages of Gum Arabic, except emulsification.
