Macer8 FJ is designed for enzyme formulations for the extraction of blackcurrant juice. This product releases flavonoids and phenolic acids that influence the flavor, color, and stability of the juice. It works best at 35 - 45°C, a pH of 4.5 - 5.0 with a dose rate of 150ml-250ml per ton of fruit.
