Deoiled Lecigran is a lecithin ingredient that contains 97% phospholipids. According to the supplier, this ingredient offers optimum lecithin functionality at minimum use levels without contributing off-flavors. Leciprime is a fluid lecithin standardized to a 62% phospholipid content and is said to have high clarity and a uniform color.
In addition to a full range of deoiled and liquid lecithin, the supplier also offers rice, soybeans, wheat, milo and corn.
