Liqui-Vin Grape Seed Extract is a new liquid form of grape seed extract for the beverage industry. This product is concentrated in polyphenols to a level 135 more concentrated than standard red wine. It is standardized at 22.5 grams Gallic Acid Equiv/100mL of polyphenols. We recommend a finished concentration of 50 to 100 mg phenols per 8 ounce serving. Therefore, 3.6 ml per gallon of finished beverage would provide 50 mg per 8 ounce serving or 7.0mL per gallon would provide 100 mg per 8 ounce serving (Item #: L9000).
