Kikkoman International Inc.oy sauce is made from Kikkoman's naturally brewed soy sauce through a process that reduces sodium chloride. It contains 40% less sodium than the company's regular soy sauce, with a sodium content of 3300 mg/100 g, which is said to be the lowest of any leading brand. Intended as a lower sodium alternative for a wide variety of applications, its flavor is less salty than regular soy sauce, with typical brewed notes from fermentation.

Ingredients:

  • Water, wheat, soybeans, salt, lactic acid and less than 0.10% sodium benzoate as a preservative
  • Contains no chemically hydrolyzed proteins or carbohydrates and no added caramel color.
