McCormick Introduces Flavor Medleys and Spice Blends
McCormick (Hunt Valley, MD) has launched two new seasoning blend lines, McCormick Flavor Medleys Saucy Seasoning Blends and McCormick Spice Blends Coarsely Ground Seasoning Blends. The company designed these seasoning lines to meet growing consumer demand for bigger, bolder and new tastes. They are said to offer short cuts to create authentic "restaurant-quality" meals at home and versatility for a variety of meal ingredients and cooking methods.

The Saucy Seasoning Blends are all-in-one liquid seasonings that consumers can use on beef, chicken, fish and pasta—foods that can be baked, grilled, sauted or broiled. The line includes four varieties: Garlic Herb, Lemon Pepper, Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil, and Italian Herb Spice Blends Coarsely Ground Seasoning Blends are a line of herbs and coarsely textured spices designed to add regional flavors to meals. Developed with McCormick's proprietary flavor technology, these blends are described as providing a burst of flavor and aroma during cooking.

The line's three varieties include: Monterey Style Roasted Garlic & Red Bell Pepper, Key West Style Lemon, Basil & Thyme, and Santa Fe Style Chili, Cumin & Garlic. The top of each bottle features a mini-leaflet of quick and easy recipes.
