The microwave-tempering tunnel eliminates the necessity for space at the processing plant dedicated solely to thawing meat for several days until it is the correct temperature for processing. This equipment will temper frozen blocks of meat to -2 Celsius in minutes, eliminating delays in thawing and increasing production capability. This system can be modified to the client's production levels by increasing the number of transmitters used to power the tunnel.
