Wilbur's white chocolate coating is cocoa butter based and possess just the right degree of sweetness.

Sugar-Free Coatings
Wilbur's sugar-free coatings are sweetened with maltitol and are cocoa butter based. They require tempering and handle in a fashion very similar to real chocolate.
