Oenogum
The composition of OENOGUM is very closed to the "protective colloidal substances" of wine which stabilising properties are now well - established. OENOGUM replaces or reinforces the action of these natural colloids which can be damaged or even eliminated by clarification treatment. The addition of OENOGUM restores the resistance of the wine against various precipitation of colouring matters, tartaric acid…, which have a bad visual aspect, thus OENOGUM stabilises naturally the wine tannins. OENOGUM reduces the astringency of tannic young red wines.
OENOGUM is made of 100 % vegetable, natural and healthy gum Acacia. Crude gum is purified in order to remove any insoluble matters and is then instantised. The powder form does not need any preservative. The instant form allows quick and easy dissolution straight into the wine, without lump formation and with no dusting.
