Dakota Growers Pasta Company– spaghetti, linguine, fettucine, elbow macaroni, rotini and penne rigate – are now available to the growing market. The pasta is made from 100% durum wheat grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. During the entire process from field to plate, organic durum wheat is source identified and kept separate from non-organic products.
The company will be certified by Farm Verified Organics, Inc. (FVO), a nationally recognized organization known for its independent quality control in providing the seal of approval for organically produced food. FVO is also recognized internationally by the International Federation of Organic Agricultural Movements (IFOAM).
