POLYSORB® FM is an advanced fiber-containing bulk sweetening system that provides the formulator with a single product for creating innovative healthy products with improved organoleptic, nutritional and gastric tolerance performance. POLYSORB® FM offers the taste, texture and ease of processing of sugar-based food systems with a fiber source that is heat and acid stable. In addition, POLYSORB® FM provides the benefits of reduced calories, reduced glycemic response and improved gastric tolerance over standard bulk sugar replacement products currently used in healthy food formulations.

POLYSORB® FM has been designed to mimic the physical and colligative properties of sugar/corn syrup performance such as viscosity and freezing point depression. It is offered in both liquid and powder form in order to meet the specific handling needs of all healthy food manufacturers.
