Bush Boake Allen produces a range of powder flavors in which the active flavor constituent is spray dried in a food grade encapsulant to be released only when the product comes into contact with moisture in preparation or eating.
Trusils are ideal means of introducing flavor to all dry media, such as: sponge and cake mixtures, dusting sugars, dessert and custard powders, fondant and biscuit fillings, table jelly crystals, beverage powders, tableted products, pharmaceuticals, whipped creams, marsh mallows and similar products. Trusil powder flavors can also be used in liquid media.
