Purified Extract of Quassia

Quassia is a premier bittering agent with a flavor profile similar to salts of Quinine. Since its cost is about half that of Quinine, it is the perfect replacement in Tonic Water, Bitter-Lemon and similar type beverage mixers. Also in new Sports Drinks!

Quassia, extracted from a native Caribbean wood, is approximately 60 to 70 times as bitter as Quinine and can replace it with very little reformulation effort - and probably no label changes! Kosher, of course.
